The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited implements Layout-X at ‘Deccan Herald’ and ‘Prajavani’
15th June 2008, The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited publishers of the Deccan Herald and Prajavani have gone live on the Layout-X page planning system.
Deccan Herald is the leading English daily published from Bangalore with additional zoned editions from Hubli, Hyderabad – Karnataka, Belur, Mangalore and Gulbarna.
Prajavani is the Kannada daily published by The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited.
The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited has been running an ERP solution developed in-house. Layout-X was integrated with the Oracle based ERP solution seamlessly.
The implementation has enabled Deccan Herald to automate the creation of the advertisement dummy for the publications resulting in extended ad material acceptance deadlines. The ad dummy is seamlessly transferred to the editorial system.
